You’ll be guided step by step on how to cut, style, and arrange a variety of cheeses, cured meats, fruits, and veggies to design your own beautiful grazing board. While you craft, we’ll pour you through a flight of eight hand-selected wines from around the world. Each wine has been chosen to highlight the flavors on your board, so you’ll discover firsthand how the right sip can transform every bite. From creamy cheese with crisp whites to savory meats with bold reds, you’ll explore pairings that you can easily recreate at home.

At the end of the class, you’ll walk away with:
