Wine101: Food & Wine Pairing
Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 7pm CST

A live, one-hour training to help you improve your food and wine pairings!
Yes, I know most of us love to enjoy a glass of wine all by itself, but when paired well, food and wine can both be enhanced! Let's ditch the old tropes of red wine, red meat and white wine, white meat, and instead, let's discover the strategies to a good wine and food pairing! I'm excited to share my tips and methodology for pairing food and wine. Plus, I'll include a bit of advice for ordering wine at restaurants!
Best of all, this one-hour class is completely FREE!
As I will try to make this interactive, I hope you can join live, have a bottle or two of wine open, and pull together a few easy-to-find food components.
Suggested Wines & Foods:
I understand you may not want to open three bottles of wine by yourself (or maybe you do!), but having at least one bottle of wine will be valuable as we experiment with our palates! You can always try the experiments I suggest later as well.
On a technical note, I'm using Demio webinar software for this class. Once you sign up, you'll be sent a link to click on and participate! No download or software needed on your end, as you'll be able to view and participate from any web browser whether your smartphone, tablet, or computer! If you can't make the class or miss a portion of it, the entire class will be available for a replay shortly after it concludes live.
I hope you will consider joining! Please register to secure your spot and receive your link! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me or call me (314-853-8252).
Cheers!
